  • Circus.be of casino swindler. My complaint hangs since October 31. What shall I do?

    They have written that they have drawn withdrawal of funds. In the payment order they have distorted data of my account.


    I spread proofs concerning casino of the swindler with the name circus.be which for quite some time now doesn't withdraw money.

    don't play at them. All of you equally don't receive a prize. You will leave the complaint - they will lie everything that everything is all right!!!

    I see how support awnsered your letter, give you there apologizes about delay, and show you that they already made transaction with bank transfer I guess.

    What is the problem? And why you are not showing us the hole awnser from support?

    As for me, the casino is really nice!!

    I didn't make any cashouts from it, but in my experience about trying to withdraw from other TOP RATED casinos, I had problems with bank transfer to russian Sberbank a huge number of times. And there are a couple reasons why this happens sometime. The main reason is that Sberbank is under sanctions in some countries. Thats why I'm using other russian bank account to make international bank transfers from casinos.

  • You employee of casino circus.be? I without problems receive money from other casinos almost every day. What sanctions? In the payment order instead of number of my account they specified a BIC of bank. And so on. Don't write nonsense!!!

    Read about this casino on other websites. They detain verification and payment without explanation of the reasons!!!

  • I played before at Circus.be and goldenvegas.be and I did not liked them. they take about 2 months or more to accepting verification of player account and process withdrawal. In addition to that, they don't have Neteller or Skrill methods. At the end, I did not received my cashout. I recommend to avoid these casinos.

  • Ive actually played and won here. Yes they have a stringent verification policy but. I won 300 euros off of a free chip and they paid me no problem. there one drawback is no live support.....but hey. they paid me.

    joined this site a few weeks ago and deposited a lot into this site, I never used a bonus and I had a win and have made a withdrawal request for the amount of €700.00 they requested my documents which I sent straight away, it has now been almost a week and the withdrawal hasn't even been processed, I must have emailed them about 8 times now and everytime I ask what's going on they reply wirh the same pre written rubbish saying they are waiting for a reply from the relevant department, I don't believe they have any intentions of paying me my money.

    And so on.

I got paid. they are a land based casino as well so i dont think they would have a good buisness on land if they were crooks online. Your pissed off and youll say anything just to be right....im going to forward this to circus and give them a chance to reply.

    We've got the update his morning from the casino. They informed us that your transfer was locked on the bank's side. It seems the bank could unlock the situation and your payment is pending to be validated. We've also been told that the casino accounting team is doing their best to push the bank to solve this asap. You probably got an email from them too. 

    We'll keep you posted. 

  • Money came. Instead of 187 euros 133 euros came. I understand everything but this casino a garbage can. What and takes then the commission of 54 euros for bank which blocks withdrawal of money?

    hi,i have problem with withdraw again,my account is verified with delay long time ago,i have one received withdrawal wich takes 50days to complete after chasing,now i have finished withdrawal of 2170eur in my account history on 28/10/2016 but i not received money in my bank account,they not reply any good reason for not paying.
