RESOLVED - RINGMASTER CASINO

Hi my complaint is for RINGMASTER CASINO, I MADE A DEPOSIT WITHOUT ANY BONUS. 25.00. I WON 375. WITHDREW 350. AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE NOV.26,2016. i have emailed them and havent gotten Thru any representative,i checked my account and i was able to see that my payment was pending before and now it dislays nothing and i still haven't been able to communicate with them. Its been more than 10 days already and i haven't even received any acknowledgement whatsoever. my user name is Anijose. please help me

Thank you Melissa N i finally got an email from Elena, i went ahead and emailed her the missing documentation. i hadn't received an email asking me to do this before or any email at all, that is why it wasn't sent before. But now i have and we'll see what happens. Im just glad that i was contacted by both Melissa and Elena i got a quick response which made me feel good about the situation . 

I have to let everyone know that i got an email from Elena letting me know that my check was in process and that i shall get a confirmation sometime this week. im glad that LCB was able to help me out, Melissa u GUYS ROCK!!!!!!
