        Hi drjugz,

        My name is Ric and I work at Supernova casino. the issue is not with the casino itself, Supernova, but the software provider, Rival, which have decided not to accept your membership. 

         As a Rival casino, Supernova must comply with software provider's decision. It may be the result of previous issues at other Rival casinos.

        We do not discuss private information concerning a player, openly on a forum, but we would happily discuss it with you, one-to-one. 

        This said, we will not be able to accept your membership as a player as it stands.
