  • Please be aware that after depositing here twice and over 40 emails/hat request (they say they have chat support!) Please know that the "200% bonus" is NOT really a bonus but a "cashback" 25% released over a period of days,25% per day gmt +2 hours everyday at midnight if you lost (equalling up to 200% of your original deposit) and NOTHING has been put in my account! Waited 48 hours now,NOTHING added "33ish PENDING" and I would avoid this site like the plauge! Please be VERY careful NO one was on the bingo games and I won't be playing here anymore,hoping lcb may help struggle

  • I've contacted the rep again. Haven't heard a response from the first email but will keep you posted.

  • Just an update, we have attempted to contact them several times and have sent a final message today. Not likely that we'll get a response but wanted to give them one last opportunity to resolve this.

    BitBingo here: Your deposit is available in your balance.... please withdraw it. Our email wasn't functional in last month, same as SSL, because our site is in revision and we neglected to close the user registration. We apologize for inconvenience created,  we don't have any fraud incidents.

  • First we found this problem on a thread on bitcointalk forum. There we found mentioned this thread and decided to reply here because here is the first place where "mamagotit" posted the problem. We restored his balance and waiting for withdrawal to have this situation solved. Is with no dubt our fault for this situation, because we neglected the bitbingo website. Fortunately for all, now we know the problem and we've done our part of work to have the problem solved.
