sorry my english is not so good. The latest casino chat support said to me i should make a new topic because of it is stragen to re deposit that the bonus counts again.

I play on royal panda casino. I deposit 100€ and get a 150€ welcome bonus.

I have to wager 5250€ to make the bonus free.

After a while i win and i have 1000€. I only played slots.

I look how much i have left to wager. And i was surpised i only have 200€ already wagered. I thought something its wrong so i played 5 times on a slot for 5€. I look what happend but the money to wager stands still nothing happend. I tryed it again nothing happens.

So i asked the support with chat. They said to me the bonus wagering was stopped. I asked why.
Because i have play with the bonus money. I dont understand it. After a long time i know what they mean.
If i deposit 100€ and i get 150€ bonus i have 250€. After a time i fall under 100€. So i play with bonus money. And now the hammer the bonus money that they give me dont couts to the wager requirement. So they said to me i must make a re deposit that the Wagering requirement counts again.

I have 1000€ on my account and i must deposit first again that the bonus counts again.

I have left to wager 4800€. I played in many casinos but never see that i re deposit again that the bonus amount to wager counts on. Thats crazy.  I see the highly rate on latestcasinobonus for royal panda. That was the reason why i maka a account on this casino.
I think a big mistake.

Can me help someone

for example: i deposit now 100€ the bonus money wager counts again.
If i lost more than 100€ the bonus money counter stand still.

it is very difficult to understand

I have 1000€ on my account and the bonus left to wager is blocked.

If i deposit now 100€ i play with real money again and the bonus left to wager working again.

In this example i have now 1100€.  1000€ already + 100€ my deposit =1100.

Left to wager i have 4800€.

Now i play on slot for 300€ before my account fall under 1000€ for example to 999€. At this moment the bonus left to wager blocked again.

Now i have left to wager 4500
And lost my deposit from 100€ and i have 999€ left. And now the bonus money left to wager was blocked again.

If i want that it counts on i must deposit again. etc. etc. etc.

Hi Anchi, thank you for your reply. But why should i sent a private message to the rep from royal panda casino. This terms are simply unfair what is one to say. I need latestcasinobonus for help to find new good casino. A good rate and this terms i cannot understand it.

The 900€ that i have in royal panda casino are garbage.

Here’s an example how our bonus works:

•  You deposit $10.
•  We give you a $10 bonus.
•  Your total balance is now $20.
•  To clear the $10 bonus money (and any possible bonus winnings) for withdrawal, you’ll need to wager $350 in total ($10 x 35). Only wagers made using your cash balance count towards the wagering requirements.

(Cash balance is the money you’ve deposited; bonus balance is the bonus you received when depositing).

So if a player wins $400 with his/her bonus money, he/she can release the $410 ($400 + $10) by meeting the wagering requirement for the initial bonus amount received by placing cash-balance wagers worth $350 ($10x35=$350).

We chose this bonus structure because we want to offer our offer our players a nice incentive to join Royal Panda. When you join us you will start playing with your cash balance. The advantage of this is that you can withdraw any won money with these cash bets immediately. If you start playing with your bonus balance you would need to meet the wagering requirements before you can withdraw your winnings.

When your cash balance runs out you start using your bonus balance. It's true that your bonus balance and any winning with your bonus balance can only be released by meeting the wagering requirements with cash balance bets, as described above.

but the bonus terms are really not ok. I dont think that the company neteller or microgaming welcome this bonus terms. I will write this terms and what happend me to this companys.

Its really unfair and i will post in other foum what happend me. Maybe someone can help someone there.

latestcasinobus you have read what I wrote? This is simply unfair and I think you should because respond.

@tomestom it is players responsibility to read T&Cs. Once you took the bonus you agreed to those terms.

If you do not like the bonus terms and think they are not fair then by all means do not take the bonus next time.

Few other casinos has the same deal, you can withdraw your money when using bonuses if you haven't touched your bonus balance. But the difference between a good and mediocre casino is that there is no need to re-deposit real money to continue wagering , and actually the wagering continues until you have reached your  wagering requirements or busting to zero balance.

But there is always the option not to choose bonuses from casinos with worse terms

We were informed that the complainant was contacted via phone and email but not willing to co-operate with the casino. We also find that casino did not do anything wrong, and that it was player's fault not to read and/or understand the bonus T&Cs.

This is why we are upgrading this topic to resolved and find that complainant has no case.
