RESOLVED - Sincity voids 7000 euro on bogus rule.

        I am a player since the beginning that sincity started( about 2 years), I played there allot and over the years and won some and loose some always got payed in full eventually.. Last months I was making numerous deposits didn't had so much luck until last time. I made a deposit of 200 and got a bonus of 100 euro. I kept me on all the rules of the terms and conditions. I got very lucky and hit 1000 times my bet on league of fortune.

        It felt great the excitement of winnings such a big amount with a small bet-size I thought nothing can go wrong I am a 2 years customer with the casino long time verified always got payed big amounts (my biggest cash was 13k).

        And then it struck me I got this heart breaking email, that I won't get payed, with a rules which they can apply to everybody in there benefit. I quote the rule

        " Bonuses offered by Sincitycasino.com are intended for genuine recreational players only.  Sincitycasino.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any account if bonus abuse is suspected. At our discretion, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity may be revoked and voided, and deposits returned.''

        I didn't do anything wrong i just played and hit 1000 times my bet it's a pity that such a good reliable casino like sincity applied this rule to me. As I didn't broke any T&C. I played in the same way all last 2 years didn't cheated or do anything what is prohibited in the T&C.

        Why is it before when I lost my money they didn't send me any email I couldn't play anymore just waited until I made win. A casino has the right to bonusban every player but not to void 7k of winnings on a nonsense rule like this I hope this forum can help me out.

        That is a BS rule. they are pretty much saying they want only the losing players.

        Did they say what was exactly the "bonus abuse" done on your part or anything else other than the above quote?

        thats why i really worry to win that much even from well known and good casinos, ive read so much bad and heard bad from my friends, how they get banned, account closed, one of my friends didnt get paid from betfair, he got big cashout from cash money(no bonuses) and they requested AGAIN verification..even selfie with passport and 100 other documents, he sent everyhting and they answered easy-all ur docs is fake..im still shocked..and they closed account, stole all money and no more answers from them..:/  easy.....
        today casinos do wahtever they want, thats why i stay away from all new casinos till ive read at least 90% good about them! and even then max 1k and i run away...
        i really hope u will get this sorted, at least let as know ur " bonus abuse"..

        Man that indeed are rogue terms. I really do not understand who advises these casinos and who writes these TCs? Hope this gets cleared up and this rule removed

        Personally I would not touch any casino with such shady rules

        WOW exclamation I would have been heartbroken also and mad as sin. I hope this does get cleared up. I hate bonuses on my deposits and this is a prime example why.

You have never visited our casino to enjoy the games by playing with your own funds alone, rather you only come when there are promotions. In this regard, your playing cannot be considered recreational, but a source of livelihood. Because you abuse our bonuses for your own gain too frequently, we are irrevocably excluding you from receiving any further promotions."

        I am clueless here what to do please asked me anything you want and contact the rep for me...

        IMO this is complete crap. I would think the casino could have disabled you claiming bonuses if they wanted to or even restricted your use of them. If the terms were followed then why not pay ?.

        oh gosh, this is simple ridiculous, thats mean if we play with bonus money then we abuse bonus. then why they offer bonuses ? i play 80% with bonuses, thats mean im very unfair player. and for what is bonuses? to get more money to play with-thats mean more chances to win and we play to win, i never spend money just for fun-sorry its too expensive!
