    And after 8 months They decide to close the complaint and see me as abuser..
    With out showing me the evidence

    I hope that maybe the mod here can ask some question as you helped me so much in the past.

    1.1. Only one account can be linked to a person, email address, home ownership, or a place with public access to computers (internet cafes, libraries, dormitories, schools, offices. We strongly recommend that you contact customer support before a player creates an account from a public computer.

    1.2. Players who register multiple accounts are not eligible to receive any winnings derived from these bonuses, and in case of such violations, their accounts will be blocked without prior notice.

    Based on the stated facts we consider this case as resolved and officially closed.
    We would like to take this opportunity to draw casino's attention to the fact that the mentioned sections of Terms and Conditions could be improved and made clearer in order to avoid similar situations in the future.

    Player is also advised that in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance could be requested from SinCity Casino licensing authority.

  • Looks like they make a clean ship at askgambler all there complaints are suddenly resolved in the last month..I have played there for 2 years with out any problems always got payed..they won't answer anything to me anymore..

    Looks like they make a clean ship at askgambler all there complaints are suddenly resolved in the last month..I have played there for 2 years with out any problems always got payed..they won't answer anything to me anymore..

    May I ask how come it took 8 months for your casino to locate these multiple accounts?  and why was the customer support so unresponsive with this matter?

    I would like to specify that Sincity Casino was previously owned by a different management.
    As LCB management can surly confirm we just requested to have a new account in order to sort out all the outstanding issues and proceed with a clear and honest new operation.

    So, if I register for your site at home and validate all my info with documents and everything and play every day for a year, then one day I decide to log in while at the library for a break in studying.  Is my device now linked to the library ip address as well? Or only my home address, since thats where I registered.

  • If I were the winner who turned out to be a loser, I would have called my credit card company and told them someone used my card for offshore gambling. No way in hell would I pay the credit card...to pay the casino...if all I was doing was 'recreational' and not real gambling. They can't have it both ways. I hope they get shut down when people stop depositing. How many time have we heard 'new management ' I believe that as much as I believe the casino is honest and reputable
