        So it would seem as if the days of frequent free spin offers after using a deposit match, frequent freebies, and the always on time cash backs has sort of come to an end?

        Please note before reading any further, this is mostly a bitch and moan session.  So while I realize I'm complaining about something I'm getting for free out of a casino.  It just seem as if after the whole processor change, lots of major changes have happened.  I for one am just not a major fan of it.

        So shortly before the beginning of the year.  They offered lots and lots of promos that had free spins, free chips attached after so many deposits, or even pure cash back even though you had taken a match bonus.

        Yet shortly after the beginning of the year, certain things "changed".  Like a new processor, which I sort of new about before anyone else.  Mainly because of a other issue with my visa card.

        The obviously they went to a whole new support system.  They claim it's not always a shared support system, it's still mostly in house.  Yet I can't get the feeling that most of it is still way out sourced.

        Like before beginning of the year, I could go into live chat at the beginning of the month.  Always ask for my cashback, and I would get my months cash back early in the morning.  If it hadn't already been credited.  They used to be jolly on the spot even beating to me asking for it.  Like it used to be like 3 to 4 AM central time and it would be already in the account.

        Yet now it seems like you almost wait a week to get it.  Hell, last month I had to physically ask for it.

        Freebies?  Yeah right, there not offered barely anymore.  Used to be for every 3 to 4 deposits.  I could get a free chip tossed my way.  Now it's barely once every 15 deposits.  Even then I have to throw a fit.  Them claiming my bonuses are way over 100%.  Which like I have stated to live chat, ever since beginning of the year.  I haven't taken one single match bonus in hopes to finally have a nice easy cash out.

        So even with there cash backs, I can't be over 100%, unless if the talking about the life of the account.  Which of course with the match bonuses offered most of the time.  How can one not be over 100% of bonus versus real money deposited.

        Then the free spin offers are now sort of sort of trickling in, like the last 2 weeks they've been offered.  Yet with god awful play thru requirements, and don't even get me started on how lousy the spins turn out anyways.  The only benefit to the new system of spins?  Now the max cash out has been adjusted so US players can at least cash out  If they hit one heck of a run.

        I just don't know if it's just me or if there has been some change going on.  Oh and lets not forget the lack of reply from VIP support yet again.  I guess I'm just frustrated again.

        Have made several deposits and can't even get close to a cash out either since the beginning of the year.

        Im sorry you are not liking Sloto right now. I only deposited at Miami Club but because of the changes and the complaints popping up everywhere i really do not trust them right now. I think something just isnt right about them and there are things they are not telling players. Only time will tell if Sloto ends up like Rushmore on the do not play rogue list. Go with your instinct i would suggest. GL

        Tough to hear about your situation and don’t apologize for your post.  Its something we all need to be aware of and informed. 

        I have heard from some of my friends that play at Slotocash almost the same exact story.  In fact one friend closed her account and uninstalled the software from her computer.  She was absolutely livid!  She tried to cash out her balance and was denied.  She was told, that since the new various changes had been implemented, she would have to re-submit all of her documentation and wait for approval from the accounting and security departments.  Of course that went over like a lead balloon and just one of the many reasons she closed her account.

        I have written in another post, that for us U.S. players we are at these casinos mercy.  We have no way to redress the casino’s wrong doings.  Kind of the, our casino, our rules when we want.  We have nothing with teeth to force these casinos to right a wrong!  I’m sorry for the many players have gotten the shaft from this casino and many, many, others.  There’s not much U.S. players can do until some type of regulations are put into play.  Then maybe we might have some fun playing again.

        Well apparently there now allowed up to 3 business days to post monthly cashbacks.  So far as of this morning, they still have no updates.  So it looks like there going to use there full 3 days.
