    I was at slots of vegas today playing with the birthday bonus they sent me, I was playing keno and hit 8 out of 8 playing quarters which turned out to be $7,500.00, I made a deposit did all the playthrough, did everything by their rules and all they are gonna let me withdraw is 100.00. That's bullshit im pissed, I had made a deposit, lost that then used my bonus and they took $7,400.00 as a bonus reversal, when they only gave me 50.00. I did everything by the rules, how can I fight them about this? anyone have any ideas? Please let me know.

    did you made that win on a birthday chip or was it made off of a deposit you made?

    I made the deposit before the chip was redeemed and I was down to  I think 58.00 and then it hit. I do read all the fine print and between the lines lol, but they tell you to deposit first then redeem the coupon and also because of the deposit there was no playthrough no xwager and no limit on max cashout. I was so mad I went to another casino I play at didn't make a deposit and redeemed 2 bonus coupons and hit the random jackpot on coyote cash of 5,678.00 and went to withdraw and they had taken every penny and voided the whole win >:D :'( sad    what a birthday that was!!!!!
