        I used your sign up bonus  code 20FREECASH after my registration
        I Meets the requirements and the max cash out is $70

        So i made a request of pay out  of $70 the 28 april 2016
        I am verified - i sent you my documents 
        it seems you was  sastified because you sent me an email of your acceptation

        know  the casinos  rules - i am a real player since 15 years- but with some  périods of not activity

        i am honest and i dont have problem with other casinos. I am not a big depositor because i have not lot of  money but some money i have it is to play.
        You all the casinos you can exist because there are lot  of players like .me that deposit when they can how many also they can.

        SO if you dont respect your own rules  that means that you are not a serious casinos  and your sisters casinos too. And  the players like  me will not continue to deposit into your casinos because all players make a large comunity

        Can you say me why you dont pay me my winnings  $70 since the 28 april............  one month ! >:(  It is  not a big  amount , .if you are not able to pay $70 stop your activity....... 8'|

        I am Under  securit  review since a month This is that  your Finance operators online  said me each time  I asked about my payout request . alsmost each time because one of your operators  changed of story and tell that you had so many winners  that my payout was in queue    that is funny  because  after for a dark reason  i was again Under review.!! 
        At least  tell  me the thru : i give you some esamples : you dont  have enought money (that is sad for a casino) 
        You dont like my picture ( i am sorry the day of the photography  i was not in my best day  amp;) or you have the use to not never paid winners ( that is a  problem too, but if you say me the thru i promess you that i dont  tell it at other players  >:D )
        But may be it is an error  from your department of security. So i keep the hope that these next day i will have  a positive response  from your honest casino and the usual email from neteller announcing  your transfert with success.
