        Another complaint,

        I played the welcome bonus from Spartan Slots and made the playthrough.
        Sent docs for withdrawal and got a message that my account is verified for withdrawal.
        The next day i got this email with title DECLINED PAYOUT:

        We hereby inform you that your payout request has been declined due to the fact that your account has been randomly chosen for a Verification Process.

        This consists of Management selecting a few random accounts with pending withdrawals, in order to review the paperwork that has been received from them, to make sure it is complete and legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and to review the account game sessions.

        This is a random procedure and there is no pre-determined selection process, meaning that there is no way to anticipate beforehand which accounts will be reviewed.

        so i asked the live chat and was told that it would take 7 business days then afterward everything is okay.
        well.. i dont know what is the problem now, first they sent an email saying that my account is verified and then now i have to wait 7 business days followed by another 72hrs pending period and also another 4-12 business days for my winning to get into my skrill account...*Faint*

        I have sent my docs for withdrawal and i got an email that my account is verified for withdrawal before getting the email that my withdrawal was declined due to random verification.

        I won't go as far as comparing them to obling. But sloto group does have a history of slow pay at times. Then there's time where they DO seems to get their act together...
