Unresolved - Casino Titan PROBLEMS

Hello..... i will try to be brief and to the point..my username with Titan was Cappy49..I had a long discussion when i first tried to withdraw $2000.00 and 12 days later i find out they are only sending me $500.00......of course i felt that was not right..so i complained..on down the line they told me to make a withdraw for the remaining $1500.00..which i did..they approved $500.00 and put the remaining $1000.00 back into my account.  Well figuring i was never going to see the 1K..I started to play with it...anyway I built that up to at one point over 27 Thousand..  Now all of the time before that they never banned me for complaining  all of a sudden I'am playing at the site,  I had roughly over 16 Thousand..in account and 2 thousand in the withdraw bracket.  All of a sudden the screen goes blank and then comes back on and my account is at 0,,,and i try to log back on and it says YOU ARE NOT ALOUD TO LOG IN..CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.  Well I did and was told that the higher ups made that decision..So I got roughly $18000.00 owed to me...well Danielle from the finance part of Titan has been e-mailing with me and she said Back on March 25th that I should have my money in 10 business days..well that time is up..so I contact her again and she says it will be in my account in a couple of days..Still Nothing.  If i was such a problem to Titan how come they did nothing until i built my account to 18 K   I have saved the majority of e-mails from them..i do not have any screen shots ..since i was abrubtly knocked off.
    I could use any and all help to get my 18K.....like i told Danielle in finance..I'am a Viet Nam Vet, on disabilty and social security..and definately need the money.  .Please get back to me and if anything positive happens with in the next few days, I will let you know.  ....................I can forward any e-mails from Titan and all of their so called ASSociates....It really
amazes me that a business could just take your money and make you jump through all kind of hoops to get it back...I wonder if Online Casinos in the Jurisdiction of Curacao..would help me get my 18K since titan is sanctioned by them

if so then you are in a lot of trouble as those guys are really bad...

I'm thinking with the approved $500 first withdrawal it is Casino Titan.

Unfortunately, the last rep left the forum however a new rep is allegedly on the way, although they have not transpired as yet.  I'll contact the old rep and see if we can get the new rep on the forum.

In the meantime, please confirm it is Casino Titan and not Titan Casino.

He in the USA so it would have to be Casino Titan. As Titan Casino does not allow USA players...

It wouldn't surprise me if the Irregular was because he has a positive balance
