So TonyBet Casino have been sending out emails saying you have FREE SPINS if you one of the first 20 players who log into their account and claim them. Well on three occasions as the email entered my email box i clicked onto the link and had absolutely no spins. So i asked them about this and was told i just wasn't the first 20. I explained that i literally clicked on the link as the email entered my box. They were rude and did care one bit. So i asked them to stop wasting my timer and to close the account. Which they happily did with no questions asked!
A few days ago i wanted to check something on the account and asked them to reopen the account.
Their reply to that was......"according to their terms and conditions 1.27.2. PERMANENT EXCLUSION - i would have to wait 1 year or until the 18th feb for the account to be reopened"
That's amazing, i self excluded without even knowing this....strange???!!!!! Im sure if this was audited on their end this would mean loss of license. hmmm - iv retained all emails and info
