RESOLVED: Treasure Mile Casino

This is not a complaint yet.  But has anyone had any problems recently with Treasure Mile Casino with withdrawals?  They started their new withdrawal method recently to cashout directly to your credit card, but instead of crediting to your card, it showed as a purchase. They claim the problem has been fixed.

Also, has anyone had problems with their cashouts being delayed from Genesys Casinos?  I have been a loyal player for years and expected better service from this brand of casinos that have been around for a long time. I truly hope they are not becoming,  you know,  a R@@@@ CASINO!

Please advise if anyone knows of any problems or what is going on with Treasure Mile or Genesys casinos.

Hi, I would like to report that the issue with Treasure Mile casino has been resolved.  They worked with me for almost two months to get me the withdrawals that some reason they were having issues with their processors. I have to applaud the casino  and their customer support host for excellent customer service.  They truly stayed on the issue and stayed in contact with me during the process of the withdrawals.  They have my respect and  I will remain a loyal player!  Thanks, Teasure Mile!
