I registered a new account at your forum because I have a big problem with an online Casino and I hope that I can find some help here.
I have deposited at Casle casino and played with their winter special bonus. After fullfilling the wagering requirement and continued playing I turned my starting balance from 195 to 2500.
I am waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my withdrawal, which the chat support told me would be processed soon. But yesterday I received a message from their Fraud Manager which told me that my account is banned because of professional game play and system-play. This is completely not true because if anyone would see my gaming history he would see that this was not more than a whole lot of luck.
They also told me that they did researches about my threads at casino forums which they say shows that I am playing professionel which does not fit their term of a recreational play.
This is totally bullshit because if they'd read each of my posts at the (german) online casino I am mostly active they would have seen that I was most of the time I played online a riskfully gambling. Eventhought this is my first winning which you could say it is rentable over 3 years now... but this time I chose the wrong online casino.
Until now I did not answered their mail in which they told me they wont payout my winnings because I am still so shocked and dont know what I should do know. I already sent a message about 5 days ago directly to the support of visionary i gaming in which I mentioned that there is a huge delay of my withdrawal request at castle casino. That was before I knew that castlecasino withholds my winnings, and I did not receive an answer so far.
Also I would like to hear your experiences with visionary i gaming casinos, especially castle casino.
