I noticed Unibet are offering a promotion called Thrusday Thrills in the casino tab. As months passed I decided to give it a go, but first I had to opt in. Clicked the link and it said (Unfortunately you could not be opted in. Please try again later.) So I contacted chat. They said it was a glitch and they will fix it a soon a possible. Thinking this would take a short while I made a deposit a I had to wager £50 in the live casino. After trying numerous times couple hours later I gave up, that was about 2 - 3 weeks ago. Logged into their site today and see the same promotion, out curiosity I clicked the opt in button and surprise surprise, (Unfortunately you could not be opted in. Please try again later.) Such incidents like this **** me off because
1 - the chat rep did not know what was wrong so came up with any excuse
2 - by doing this, she made me believe that to be true because Unibet are a high rating casino who do not do such tactics.
3 - (My fault) I made a deposit there thinking the problem would be resolved soon.
4 - I go back to Unibet 2 - 3 weeks later to see they have not resolved the problem. And the promotion is still there.
When minor **** like this happens I jump ship because who knows what kind of other **** they can come up with later on. I'll play penny up the wall somewhere else where there is no bully moving his coin in front of u and saying while looking at u " look, see, I won"
