      Hi Gamblers. I've just completed the 25€ welcome bonus pt (60x) after 1000 spins (1,50€ each) at the same slot Spy game.
      A pity that the "no max cashout" is not confirmed", i won 563,90€ after hours of playing!
      Livehelp chat confirmed me that max cashout is 100€ -10€ withdraw fee 
      Anyway I'm ready to deposit 25€ to verify my e-wallet account.
      I'm a bit suspicious to proceed with the 25€ deposit because they don't accept bank statement as proof of residency (i don't have bills under my name). I could get a residency document from the local gov office if neccessary (if they accept it of course..).
      I'm waiting a reply from the risk managers before proceeding.
      Have you had positive experiences at Vegas Crest casino?

      The 6th of August I've deposited 25€ to verify my account and i've uploaded the requested documents. In the same time I've sent an email to the Risk Management to accept my bank statement as proof of residency. The Risk Manager replied after few hours with the following words:

      "Dear ****,
      Thank you for your email.
      Your documents have been accepted and your account has now been verified.
      Should you have further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us back.
      Have a good day. Regards,
      Risk Management Department"

      After that reply i check my account but i see that the proof of residency is still pending, and without it solved the cashout panel is closed.

      I've sent to the Risk Management 3 more emails in the last 3 days.

      Livehelp told me few minutes ago:
      Angel: Hello, I suggest replying back to the email RiskManagement sent you.
      Angel: As only they handle your request
      ME: I've sent him 3 emails after this reply, but he didn't reply me. And 2 days have passed.
      ME: What can i do?
      Angel: Sorry they are gone till Monday
      ME: i know, but i've written them in these three days 3 times to get a reply. What does it mean?
      Angel: Most likely your account is still under review
      ME: how long can take a review?
      Angel: I do not know for sure, sorry.
      Angel: Sorry only RiskManagement can answer your question.
      ME: Have you seen the same delays with other customers?
      Angel: Yes

      I really hope that Latestcasinobonuses staff can do something to help me solving the situation.
      I've deposited feeling safe becasue it was an LCB exclusive too.

      We don't have a rep for this casino as far as I can see.  Perhaps Melcb has a contact.

      I did note the following rules though regarding the free chip:

      New players only - US OK ! Bonus expires: 31st August 2014. No Max cashout! Min $/£/€25 deposit needed in order to cash out winnings. Bonus can be claimed in conjunction with sister casinos no deposit? No. Need to register credit card to claim no deposit?: No.

      I hope you get your withdrawal ok but it does seem a little concerning re your proof of residency.  That said, the live help person said that she had seen delays for other players.

      One thing I wanted to say about this casino, is be leery of their Arcade games... they are also the same games that are offered on their bingo sites. Now I have well over a MILLION spins, and that is not a typo. The grand prize is 10 thousand USD. The thing is, for the past 7 months I have been recording my play. I had a friend of mine look at it because something didn't seem right. He works for WMS and these are things he pointed out to me.

      1-The amount of dead spins is pretty normal, but the payouts are awful low. The jackpot bird should be just that, a jackpot but it only accumulates monies into the jackpot at a very low rate. (it is the second lowest paying symbol).

      2-The jackpot monies are won when you reach 50 USD. On several occasions it took me over 400 USD to win that 50 dollars. Now you have to have atleast 1 spin every 24 hours if you have not made that 50 dollars, because if you don't you will lose all the monies accumulated in that jackpot pool.

      3-The RTP settings must be extremely low, because out of all those spins, the 3 highest paying symbols I have had no more then 7 or 8 on the screen at any given time. The game does not even give the player the expectation of winning the top prize because there is never more than 7 or 8 on the screen. (You need 16 of the same bird connecting to win.) Now I have been lucky enough to win the top prize for the lowest paying bird twice in all those spins.

      4-To this day, there is no record of anyone ever winning the top prize of 10 thousand USD. The highest amount won so far is 2,000 USD. (That is all I can see on their bingo web sites)

      5- The game does have a "wild egg", but 8 out of 10 times it goes unused. It doesn't match up to anything to win something.  And you can only get 1 egg on the screen at all times if the egg comes out. There is never any more than 1 at a time.

      These were the 5 biggest issues that were pointed out to me, so I just wanted to share this with everyone so just play these arcade games with caution.
