        So here is the story why I post this thread and was so pissed with Cosmik Casino,

        Last week I got an email from Cosmik Casino saying that I have NO DEPOSIT bonus of 10 euro. of course with the wagering requirement attached. I deposited once at the casino but i lost.
        Luckily I completed the wagering requirement and requested the max and min withdrawal for the bonus, which is 100 euro.

        A few days after i made my withdrawal I received an email saying that my withdrawal was rejected after I submitted documents. I went for the live chat and they give me explanation about min deposit required to withdraw the bonus, which was 50 euro.

        I guess that was fine, but i was told again that there will be a bonus attached when i deposit the 50 euro!!! then i have to wager again with a chance to lose?

        Is this casino really giving out real NO DEPOSIT BONUS or just giving A DEPOSIT BONUS.
        Please becareful when you get a NO DEPOSIT BONUS from this casino cos in the end it will turn out to be A DEPOSIT BONUS.

        Stella: ok, your wager will be (50+25)X 33= 2475

        anfransen wijaya: so if i deposit 50 i will have 50+25+my current balance which is 100 so i have total of 175 to complete the wagering req?

        Stella: your deposit is 50, you will receive one bonus of 50%...this is 50+25= 75X 33= 2475

        Stella: the wager that you will complete will be 2475

        anfransen wijaya: so where will my 100 euro be?gone?

        Stella: would you like to make your deposit right now?

        Stella: your balance will be 175, but the wager will be counted to the amount you deposited only

        That's definitely a ruse to make you deposit.  I would just steer clear.  You could well be out of pocket to the tune of 50 euros if you don't make the playthrough.

        yeah. if they just want to give it as a deposit bonus they should do as what Drake Casino usually do. Give free spin and you will get the winning from the free spin when you deposit. But Cosmik Casino give a no deposit bonus money with wagering requirement but after u completed the wagering req you cant cash out and you have to deposit with another wagering req attached...

        may i know if there is a casino rep here for the casino?

        Not cool and I would be pissed as well. Do let us know what happened with the rep. They should however, make it clear about the "no deposit" bonus.

        hmmm I have sent them a notification via forum the other day.  Ill email the Rep soon just in case they did not receive the notification.

        ok we just learned this Rep has left the company and this is why there was no response.
