RESOLVED - Win Palace: Havent got my withdrawal in 3 weeks!

Well, I am posting a thread cos i am a bit fed up with slow payment and inconsistent answer from the rep of Win Palace in this forum (clara.hans)

I am aware that Win Palace is under warning list but when I redeemed their free chip in June I was able to cash out and I read that there is a rep too in LCB forum.

I used the winning from free chip to play again at Win Palace and ended up winning 290. I was thinking that there shouldnt be any problem as I was even able to cash out from free chip. It was on 3rd of July.

- on 17th of july I logged in to my account and found out that my withdrawal was rejected and my withdrawal was put back on my balance. I asked live chat saying that my account is under some kind of verification that may take up to 90 DAYS
- Pissed i chatted with ema (live help on LCB) and found out about the rep for Win Palace. Sent a PM to clara.hans and melcb to help me.
- Got a reply on 20 saying that the finance dept has done with verification and i will get my withdrawal in 5-10 biz days.
- Sounds like a good news but today on 25th i logged in and found out that my withdrawal was rejected back to my balance. I asked live chat and were asked to try to lower my withdrawal.
- I PM clara.hans again and got this reply:

the amounts available to withdraw at once are calculated according to your player class. If he told you that you can withdraw less, I would suggest to forward the procedure, keep playing and then withdraw more later on.

Sadly I'm not able to influence on the quantities available to withdraw so the best advice I could give is to speak with your account manager and ask him how much you can withdraw per time. I'm sure he will be able to help.

What the hell is Player Class? I am just withdrawing 290. The answers given to me is really not consistent, once clara.hans said my withdrawal should be okay, but it is not!  >:(

I just hope that my problem can be solved.

So has Clara come back to you with the amount that you can withdraw out of the $290  I'm quite surprised tbh as this doesn't even exceed their $500-$3,000 withdrawal limit. 

Nope i asked clara to ask their finance dept. I havent got any reply but I requested another withdrawal with the same amount...
it has taken too long..

I've sent Clara a message asking if she has a figure for you yet - she wasn't available but she should get my message soon.

Yeah hopefully i can get my withdrawal. so sick of waiting..

Clara is trying.  Let's hope it's resolved soon.

See when you play at casinos like Win Palace not only do you get to gamble. But you also get a good workout exercise like jumping thru hoops.

I see she said possible win more but i think it was meant to say lose it all . Stall tactic to get you to play it back . Sad when such a small win doesn't get paid out  8'|.

yeah kinda sad. it's not like I am withdrawing thousands. i will just wait and wont play the money i am going to withdraw. it is a bad tactic though...
it is so weird that live help / rep are from different department as their finance. most casinos, the live chat can give bonus directly or have decision to give a deposit bonus/ no-deposit bonus. separated department makes them look like live chat/rep cant do much.
