        played the free chip out @ winaday liked it so much decided to make a deposit today,i have made numerous deposits @ several different sites and never had a problem until today @ winaday,my deposit was successful yet they they told me it would prob be Monday before my funds were in my account to play,dont understand this and not happy at all

        So sorry to hear about your troubles making your initial deposit at Win A Day Casino!

        It turned out that there was a problem with your deposit caused by one of our e-cash partners resulting in a fact that your deposit had to be manually captured. This has occurred on Sunday, some 12 hours after you made it, even though our Billing Department normally doesn't operate over the weekends. Still, they did their best not to let you wait till Monday
        ;)

        Let me also assure you that this is something that virtually never happens and based on the laws of statistics, let me guesstimate that you won't ever have to face similar problems again.

        I see you were instantly compensated with a bonus by Sage, one of our top notch Customer Support reps, plus later received also the exclusive 200% welcome bonus due to coming through LCB. Congratulations!

        This is SO refreshing to read of quality customer service! 

        Enlight of so many nightmare stories involving us U.S. players and the endless stream of problems with so many online casinos; finally an honest and reputable casino exists.  I just knew there had to be at least one online casino that did what it advertised!  WTG  Win-A-Day! 

        In fact, with such GREAT customer service, I do believe I will make a deposit.
