Resolved - Winbig21 Casino - Trouble Getting Paid

        I cashed out on Jan 6, went to CS and asked for info on what to do next.  Website is virtually silent on this issue, only saying it takes 7-8 working days.

        CS told me to submit docs, so I did.  Never an email from ANYONE at Winbig21.  I had to go back to CS day after day to ask the progress.  Finally, I was told they couldn't read my docs, so I rescanned them and sent them again.

        Last week, I was told, thru CS again, that my docs were approved.

        Not a word fthru an email to let me know anything.

        A couple of days ago I get a phone call asking me if I want to reverse part of my withdrawal.  Hoping if I reversed $100, they would then proceed to process my withdrawal, I agreed.  However, when I went to the casino, they want me to reverse the whole withdrawal, which I refused to do, and asked them to proceed, since my docs were approved.

        Again, thru CS, I was told that the Finance Dept would proceed with my withdrawal.

        Now today, CS says that Finance  "when they'll finish with your documents -  they'll contact you - trust me please".

        Seriously??  I should trust them??

        Still no email or contact from Winbig21...about anything....at any time.....whatsoever. 

        The ONLY INFO I get is when I contact CS, or that phone call wanting me to reverse my withdrawal.

        If they can't/won't pay a moderately small withdrawal of a few hundred, what are they doing accepting bets from players?

        The wager req was 40x and max cashout was 3x bonus, and I made it thru, followed all their rules, made it thru waiting period of over a week, and STILL CAN'T GET PAID!!

        It's horrible the treatment players get from casinos who want their money, but don't want to honor their own debts and pay up in a timely fashion.

        Winbig21 should be ashamed of this conducts!

        That doesn't sound like completely honest tactics but I'm pretty sure you will get paid sooner rather than later, maybe with some help from the staff here if possible.

        Hi Amateur,

        I am sorry to hear that you are having such a bad time in getting your withdraw from this casino, you have been given the run around totally and it is unfair how they can do this, i really hope some staff members from this forum can help and speed this process up, just hang in there m8 i am sure and hope you will get the withdraw soon.

        I think they're involved with CASINOROYALCLUB.  I too received a phone call from WinBig21 and swear it was the same guy who used to call me from CASINOROYALCLUB (who never has paid me my winnings).

        Hi ! I have to say this is the worst casino. Some guy Marvin called me many times trying to help me get my mastercard to work. 2 months after trying I deside to go buy prepaid Visa I made my deposit. 

        Before I deposit in any casino my question is can I get winnings by check or western union because my bank doesnt except wire transfers.  Marvin told me no western union and yes I can get bank check.  After 3 deposits i won 150 cashed out Marvin offers a 100% match if I reverse, so I did and cashed out $400.00 sent all documents told Im set and approved but had to go on myself and ask no emails.

        After waiting 3 weeks no check. I logged on spoke to Marvin he tells me the rules changed I cant get paid by check ony wire transfers.  I emailed there manager and finance at least 5 times still as of today no reply.  PLEASE BECAREFUL PLAYING HERE.  OR JUST DONT. 

        I feel Marvin scammed me into deposits and they wont pay me my winnings so I said they should of never have taking my deposits if they couldnt make good on paying me.  I am very very upset over the way things were done.  Ladys look out for Marvin he is a player. He scams you and make promises that cant keep meaning pay by check.

        If anyone can help me or give me advise what i can do to get either my deposits back or my winnings that would be great. 

        I called buyer be ware that tv show that investigates consumers being scamed.  They are interested in this story but Id rather just get whats mine and be done.  I will go to them if  things dont work out..  FELLOW LCBers STAY AWAY
