Not really a forum-suggestion, but a suggestion nonetheless

  • Hello,

I am probably not using the correct sub forum, but TBH, I cannot see anywhere else to launch this suggestion.

The point is that there are probably a lot others like me in a similar situation: I used to stick to certain casino's and deposit heavy there. However, in my search for the 'good places' I tried almost every casino that offered no deposit bonuses, and although most didn't tempt me into becoming a real player, some did. At those good places, I stuck to the rules 100%, deposited frequently, etc.

However, as I was certain those were going to be my fixed 'hangouts', I didn't really see a problem to use some no deposit bonus for the casino's I didn't prefer. (yes I know, not very nice or good, but hey, I get bored too sometimes).

Now the problem arises: The fixed hangouts didn't always turn out as good as I thought (or even got blocked by my government), and so I start to pay more attention to the ones I dismissed a long time ago. And it does occur frequently that I see an extremely tempting offer they come up with for example, and I become a hostage of my past transgressions to their rules.

Result: I don't take those offers because I am scared that if I would want to withdraw later on, they would judge me a T&C violater because of some bonus I abused like a year ago.

So, the suggestion: LCB is trusted by both players and casino's, and in theory, you could set up a "pardon" scheme, where people who once foolishly have violated rules could get a "pardon" from those casino's, guaranteeing that if they deposit (and not violate the rules again of course), they won't be blocked from a withdraw based on misdeeds dating from before the pardon.

Everybody wins: the players can safely choose to deposit, resting assured that their sins are forgiven, but the casino's also would win seriously, as they gain a huge mass of potential depositors who are now lost (due to the players own misdeeds, true, but the loss is the casino's, not per se the players).

Anyway, just putting the thought out there, am certain I am not the only one in this situation and it might be profitable for LCB?

  • I understand what you're saying but I can't see how it would work.  It's the casinos that would give the pardon.

You can always contact live chat of the casinos you were once a free chip user and ask them what the score is.

  • You are correct Blueday, but to be honest, I don' t have enough faith in casino reps who I haven't dealt with before. Mind you, some are true gems, and have my deepest admiration, but I have seen the opposite too. People who flat out lie, try to wrestle you out of a bonus, pretend not to know their own rules (no kidding!), just to get you to deposit.

So I don't feel like taking the chance to deposit several times based on a promise of an "unrated" casino rep, and then find myself trying to withdraw a thousand or something, where all of a sudden the misdeeds from the past are still used to block me.

I wouldn't stand a chance against such a thing, and that where Big Brother (or Big Mom, or Big Sister) comes in to play. If LCB was the mediator, keeping track of the casino's who would agree to the pardon-plan, it could flag down those who are just faking it to get people to deposit while already having the email as a template to tell you you can kiss the winnings goodbye  wink

We players as individuals are mere humans, LCB is the judge full God looking over us from the sky  :'X

You guys could propose the general pardon plan, get casino's to agree (as it would be extremely profitable imho), while protecting us from being suckered into a situation where there is no chance to win, and one would discover this only after a whole series of deposits.

  • Ok - now I fully understand what you are saying.  It's a "pardon plan" through the rep of the casino.

I'm sure that if you spoke to a rep, they would do their best to help you and sort something out and if you have it in writing, then LCB would of course assist if any problems arose.

I (meaning you) certainly would not try and arrange some sort of pardon plan through a non-reputable casino.  Casinos with the yellow warning triangle should of course be avoided completely.

Which casino(s) are you referring to?  If you don't want to say, I'll understand.
