        maybe it is time to do a new review for Top game as well as their casinos.

        they claim (top game) to have fast and courteous responses to customer inquiries...I have been waiting almost a week for a response.

        as well as their casinos...in this case I am trying to deal with vegascasino21 regarding a withdrawal...live support never replies to me anymore...nobody ever answers the telephone...what is a guy supposed to do?

        I am looking for help anywhere I can...and maybe enlighten others .

        please look into this top game problem.

        I am wondering who else is having problems like I am

        Stewart, Rome and Diceland have the best customer service people as a whole anywhere but withdrawals are a problem. I am shocked u actually got a response to send your documents in at Vegas21.  It doesnt surprise me one bit the problems u r having there. They are the most nasty people towards their customers u will ever deal with.  they will lie and blame u for everything.  Remember in their eyes u are to blame for trying a withdrawal.  I really wish u the best of luck.  oh 1 more thing, i really wish there was a top game detail review since top game sites are my favorite.  I might also suggest u try YesYouCan top game site on Fridays or Saturday's.  Ask customer service in the chat when Hannah is working.  Tell her gunnylab sent you and she will take good care of u.

        thanks for the info...honestly they have never been mean or nasty to me at vegascasino 21...just totally ignore me since the withdrawal attempt ...also on an interesting note...I did find another casino advocate website where you can message or email casino and game provider reps...topgame actually has a rep listed at that site...sent a message yesterday and waiting for a reply...

        is it permissible to mention the name of the other website here? someone let me know, as they seem to be almost as informative as here.

        Stewart, everything there was fine for me also until i was going to do a withdrawal.  Thats when all hell broke loose when the phantom extra 8000 i needed to play the first time and being ignored the second time.  I do wish u the best of luck with your withdrawal from them and keep me posted thru here how its going.  U dont know how curious i am.  Just to let u know, i had 2 withdrawals set up at Rome one from 6/27 and the other 7/3.  I was told with my quick tender account my withdrawals would take 7 days then it was 14 days.  This morning 5 weeks later i got notification they got approved.  I will post here when the money hits my quick tender account.  I am guessing its still at least a week away.  If u dont mind waiting this long the people there are great.
