Zimbabwe is a land-locked country in south-eastern Africa. It borders Zambia to the north, Mozambique to the east, South Africa to the south and Botswana to the west and south-west.
Zimbabwe is in an interesting situation when it comes to their online gambling regulation because they have only very recently gotten to the point that about half of the country has access to the Internet. Because of this, online gambling hasn't really been something that's been on their radar, and there are no regulations for it in this country. Since they have been active when it comes to the regulation of the land-based side of the industry with a number of different casino destinations and horse tracks, it stands to reason that there's a good chance they'll be open to regulating the Internet-based part of the industry. However, nothing is for certain, and we'll have to wait and see what happens here.
No licensing process is in place in Zimbabwe as of this writing when it comes to the online side of the industry. However, they do have a very serious and trustworthy licensing system in place for the online side of the industry. This indicates that if they were to license Internet gambling, then the licensees would be held to some serious standards of conduct and business. This is a pretty big deal because it shows that online gambling could thrive in a legitimate way in this country inside of the next several years if they decide to act on it.
You'll find no player protections for online gambling in Zimbabwe since they do not have the same kind of access to the Internet that you'll find in a lot of the rest of the world. Along these lines, they aren't really interested in the industry at all in terms of policing or government involvement at this time. If their land-based licensees are any indication, however, any future regulation would put players in a situation where they would be taken care of in terms of filing complaints and weeding out rogue operators. This is all speculation, however, and we'll all have to wait to see what they actually do with it, if anything.

And it went on to say maybe they could combine some other winnings if I were lucky. Any body else get this ? I will post the email. I've raised a query with them over this. This is ridiculous. All requests sent and results later."READ
